The interview process started with a first interview with HR, which went very well. After that, I had a second interview with the Sales Director and his manager. This stage was more in-depth and included many questions about my experience, skills, and motivation for the role. Although the process seemed to go well, I did not receive any follow-up email afterwards, not even a rejection.
