Interview
Received an invitation for a Skype interview 3 days after application. The interview was scheduled for a week later. The interview was conducted by two people, one from the HR department, and the manager. Very friendly people, they wanted to know about my motivation for applying and how my future plans were connected to my decision to apply. They look for people that are willing to commit in the long-term and share an interest for quality work.

primo colloquio conoscitivo, poi colloquio di gruppo e individuale motivazionale. poi non so non mi hanno fatto più sapere nulla, ma mi sembra ci fosse il colloquio tecnico come step finale
Dopo aver completato un assessment test, Ho svolto solo il primo colloquio con HR: breve, chiaro e cordiale. Mi hanno chiesto presentazione, motivazione, disponibilità e interesse per il ruolo. Processo semplice, impressione complessivamente positiva.
