Interview with the HR and the manager, they asked whether im willing to go for training in China, am i ok to OT or work during weekend and public holiday. They provide hostel as well.
Interviewed with a recruiter then the head of human resources and then I believe someone else who I think was a GM but I can’t remember. Interviews went wonderful and then I never heard anything. No feedback no next steps nothing reached out about four times via LinkedIn and emails to the head of recruiting and absolutely no response. Reached out to the recruiter that I initially talk to and the coordinator that scheduled the interviews to see if I can get feedback and not one person responded. The interviews went so well that I was very hopeful. The conversations were very fluent and went great but then to hear nothing back and it’s been over a month is extremely disappointing. Considering one thing I discussed with the head of human resources was being passionate about candidate experience and she was really really happy to hear that so intern to have this experience with them after the great interviews to not hear anything at all from anybody and no acknowledgment to my emails to them is quite disappointing. I was really excited about the position and was hoping at least to get some sort of feedback or acknowledgment after my interviews ended.
