It was disorganized and careless with the passage of time. Due process was not followed. The employer needed me to show unthinkable results in 24 hours before considering me, therefore I was given the enormous task of putting up their google advertisements. I was told to come in the following day to discuss resumption, but it was a complete waste of my time because, after assisting with another work, I was kept there for six hours with no actual discussion. After being invited to return the following day, salaries were reviewed, and the probationary period—which was nonsensical given the drastic reduction in pay—was said to be 90 days. I was given a week to prove myself again after that.
