Phone interview with the Head of Talent followed by a coding exercise that I could conduct in my own time without a time limit. The next stage was a phone interview with the lead developer, which was more technical. Finally I was invited to face-to-face. This involved 3 sections. Firstly an interview with the lead developer and another senior developer. This involved quite in depth technical questions as well as more general interview questions you would expect. I then spent some time doing pair programming with another developer. This was a classic fix some broken tests as was quite relaxed. Finally a chat with the COO which was just a nice general chat about myself and the company.
