I had a screener, followed by swiftly scheduled interviews with 3 direct team members. After this point, weeks would pass between rounds.
I was sent a design test, which I thought was the final step, but then the recruiter had me meet with another two people. One of those interviews was actually poorly planned and I had my time wasted.
There was very little transparency about the process. By the time I reached final round and followed up twice, I had a switch pulled on me and was told the job would be a temp role, which could turn into FT based on "good performance". The original JD was posted as a full time role, so it seems that some cost cutting measures were introduced to avoid paying for benefits. After I asked for more information, I was ghosted. 6 interviews, a design test, and 2 months of wasted time.
