Interview
The first time I interviewed with Fetzer it was a very simple and short interview in which they asked very standard questions. When I interviewed for a second position they had transitioned to more behavioral questions, with more of an emphasis on proper interviewing procedure. It was still a short process of just one interview. I received an offer a few days later.

They asked about experience (I didn't have much at the time), and so I had to draw some parallels to experience in a different field. It turned out alright.
