I recently went through the interview process at Fi and it was honestly one of the smoothest experiences I've had. From the first conversation to the final steps, the recruiting team kept me informed every step of the way. I always knew what was coming next, when to expect updates, and what each stage would look like. No radio silence, no guessing.
The team overall was great to interact with: thoughtful questions, genuine conversations, and a clear sense that they respected my time throughout. The recruiting team in particular stood out for how communicative and organized they were, which made the whole thing feel seamless rather than stressful!
Highly recommend Fi if you want a process that actually treats candidates well.

Unfortunately I was rescheduled multiple times and no follow up process was set up so the interview was cancelled. So in the end I was simply ghosted by this company.
Recruiter reached out and set up a time for a technical screen. A couple of hours before the interview, recruiter sent an email saying the team is busy with wrapping up on a feature and needs to reschedule. Replying with available slots was unanswered. Sending another email a few days later was responded with a generic rejection email.
Unprofessional.
