Fidelity Charitable Gift Fund interview questions

Three interviews plus a mock assignment. The final one was a panel interview. Everyone was really friendly and stressed it more of a nonprofit culture than a finance culture. Didn’t get the offer but made it to the final round so doing a marketing plan assignment without being compensated wasn’t preferred but positive experience overall
