Emailed about a week after I submitted my application with an invite to interview at the library. Quite quick approx. 30-40 mins. There were two interviewers and they only asked 6 questions which were fairly standard customer service questions.

Overall friendly, but it felt like the choice was already made or I was not being considered seriously for some other reason. On the other hand, there were no trick questions or anything to confuse you, just genuine questions about the CV and ambition.

Applied online. Was unable to attend the open call days so arranged a zoom call via email. The zoom call was short and lasted around 15 minutes. Feedback was given relatively soon after, although after the date stated for outcomes. The interviewer was lovely and communication has been clear and friendly throughout.
