      Digital Marketing Specialist Interview

      7 Jul 2023
      Anonymous interview candidate
      No offer
      Negative experience
      Difficult interview

      Application

I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Fifth & Cor in Feb 2022

      Interview

The interview included a short screening call with a recruiter and then a video interview with upper level management, including the CEO. Their CEO was downright rude, short and impatient and asking either overly broad or very complex questions while offering little to no clarification. The job posting did not mention how many years of experience they desired or any concrete skills or knowledge required, but during the interview it became clear they were looking for a very specific, highly experienced individual rather than someone entry level. Overall, their interview process gave me the impression that they are a difficult company to work with and that their teammates lack manners.
