Fig & Bloom interview questions

Interview took place in the studio but was with the manager in Melbourne. Practical element of replicating a Fig and Bloom floral design - this was reviewed by the florists in Brisbane studio and shown on a video call to the manager. Then there was a formal interview over the video call with many "describe a time when you..." type questions, mainly relating to customer service, sales and team work. It was quite a corporate style interview in comparison to other florists I have worked with.
