Very informal, they do not have an HR department. One of the partners conducts the interviews. From the interview it seemed as if they are mostly looking to hire recent college graduates.

They interview you and it's pretty simply. They don't really ask too many questions. Just the basis questions. Why did you choose your college or why accounting. Nothing too hard.
