Observing the machines of the developers you'll find obesolete and utterly laughable machinery. If you are called for an interview with this company casually decline because you will just waste time. They have one of the worst corporate cultures as said by previous workers of this company. If I was the owner I would fire the top managers and start fresh. Goodluck seeing this company survive within thw following 5 years.

The hiring process is very unprofessional. No One day hiring process. They don't provide any reason for not hiring you. They will waste a lot of your time waiting just to proceed from one step to another. One of the manager have anger management issues. A very negative type of work environment, be careful.
