I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Filics (Munich, Bavaria) in Feb 2026
Interview
My interview experience with Filics was unfortunately very poor. A 40‑minute agenda was squeezed into a 15‑minute slot that was originally presented as an informal meet‑and‑greet. There was no information shared about the company, the team, the role, or even basic topics like salary or structure. I was able to ask only one question before the interview was abruptly cut short for another meeting. The process felt rushed, unprepared, and handled by people with no interviewing or HR experience. One question from the Chief of Staff was particularly out of context, challenging the coherence of my studies and career path in a way that felt inappropriate and uninformed. Overall, the experience reflected a lack of structure and professionalism.

Question 1
Talk about my experience and roles and explain whyI made these decisions, company and role.
The screening interview was quite nice, considering the fact it has been conducted by two persons. The "technical interview" on the other hand was managed poorly an unprofessional. The time of the i meeting got shorten than planned (40 minutes instead of 60 minutes) and a feeling that the interviewer has better thins to do than have the interview.

Interview
A recruiter and an hr work student interviewed me with the most absurd and quite personal questions. I felt like they re trying to find a lie or something it felt really weird. The questions were all about why I am planning to relocate to Germany or looking for a new job which I ended up explaining my personal life details that I dont really think was necessarry
