      Interview

Communication from "Talent Acquisition" was almost immediate- submitted a resume late on a Friday, got an email Monday morning to click on a link to schedule a phone call at a time that worked for me. I got two different confirmation emails with 2 different times- so I sent an email to clarify which time, and no response. Finally he called at the later of the two times (of course) after I wasted my time waiting for him to call when he could have just answered his email. Spoke with "Talent Acquisition" for the initial phone call that lasted about 7 minutes, so glad I wasted almost an hour of my busy day for this quick conversation. Guy on the phone sounded very disorganized, and like he wasn't sure what he was doing. He told me that I would take 2 coding assessments, but he couldn't find one of them, and would "email me later" when he found it. I only ever received one assessment. Took their pre-employment coding assessment the next day and haven't heard a word back from them in a week- even after 3 follow-up emails to ask the status. You don't want to hire me? Fine. But at least have the decency to respond. This company sounds like a real winner when they are not organized or can't even be bothered to respond to a simple email. Looks like I may have dodged a bullet. Their loss, not mine.
