Interview
5 people interviewing you. They are Administrative Assistant, Credit Manager, Portfolio Manager, Account Executive and Team Leader. They ask you multiple questions about your previous job, your skill, detailed questions on your skill, your strengths and weaknesses, they test your communication skills and observe how you convey and perceive message, they expect you to be honest and be truthful in interview, instead of giving answers in interview to impress them.. That's what they told me. Also, they are looking for someone who would like to work long-terms.
Just be genuine, truthful, confident and say what you think and feel

I have got the intern by attending an international financial conference in Scottsdale, Arizona. I met the CEO at the conference and won the opportunity to be interviewed for summer internship.
