Financial Asset Resolution interview questions

Hiring process was pretty simple. I submitted my application online and the Human Resources department sent me an email to contact their department to set up an interview. I called up Human Resources and scheduled my interview. Met with manager at Financial Asset Resolution for interview, in which he told me another date to come in for 2nd interview. Showed up for 2nd interview with 6 others in the room where we had to read a script and sound convincing. After 2nd interview, I started training for 4 days (three days training for the FDCPA exam and taking the exam on the 3rd day, one day training on the phones). Background check done by company, no drug test, no credit checks.
