Interview
Applied for Change summer internship towards the end of last year. Process lasted a few months but was not excessively long. Initial application followed by first round test. Untimed, SJTs, numerical, logical (usual stuff). Second round test, believe it was a job simulation. Similar to the aforementioned but more contextualised and more enjoyable. Again, untimed. Virtual assessment centre followed this in late January; plenty of time to prepare though pre-information was vague compared to other ACs. AC was comparatively short (half day). Very disappointing as was highly uncontextualized and assessments (besides interview) were entirely irrelevant to role. Sure, they tested the same skills but I would have preferred Change related tasks, which were surprisingly not included. Platform used for the AC was adequate though I have experienced better. Employees were pleasant and friendly though, made me feel comfortable. Ultimately passed AC but was put on waiting list as other candidates scored higher. Overall a great experience until disappointing AC, which should be redesigned and tailored to the actual role.
