I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Financial Conduct Authority (London, England) in Jun 2015
Interview
Whole process took two months which was disheartening, as only two interview rounds took place. Felt quite disjointed. HR failed to inform me on a number of occasions about the whereabouts of the interview, which was disruptive. The interviewers were not unpleasant, but they were quite tough; no chit-chat, no discussion - a clear Q&A. I also had a written assessment beforehand, but we didn't discuss that in the interview.

Question 1
What background do you have and why do you feel you are suitable for this role?
Fairly difficult and lots of probing questions, they pick up on a lot of what you answer and have high expectations for how you meet the competency. Interviewers were really nice and made you feel at ease

Interview
Was all good up to the final part of the process. 3 times I interviewed (unsuccessfully) with them and 3 times I never got results or feedback. Each time I had to chase for results and feedback. On 2 occasions it was after 3 months of waiting. Didn't even apologise for the delay on both occasions. Awful, awful, awful
