They sent me a technical task and my solution wasn't fully correct and didn't have time to refactor it as I have other things to do. However, I at least devoted more time on writing the steps on how to solve the problem which I would've expected a reviewer to take into consideration. However, they only looked at my score without even glancing at the actual code which I think is harsh.
I understand there are many applicants' code to review but if people are devoting 2 hours of their own time to do this then at least give the respect to review a snippet of code and then make a decision, especially for a graduate role. I understand where the negative interview experiences on Glassdoor are coming from.
