Findem Senior Data Engineer interview questions

I interviewed at Findem in 2025 for a Senior Data Engineer position. The process involved 4 rounds of interviews, including a take-home assignment that required significant time investment. I was told I was being moved to the final stages, and everything seemed to be progressing well. Then—silence. Despite following up, I received no update, no rejection, and no closure—even after 10+ days. Ironically, this is a company operating in the HRTech space, which makes the lack of transparency and accountability even more disappointing. If you’re going to demand serious time and effort from candidates, the bare minimum you owe them is clear communication—especially for senior roles. This experience signals either disorganization, a lack of respect for candidates, or worse, a culture of ghosting once internal priorities shift.
