Finhaven Technology interview questions

The interview was 30 minutes long. Questions were extremely technical. Specifically asked how I would value a private company/potential client that wanted to raise $10M in a Series A equity financing round. They will keep digging into your answers so make sure you review methodologies well in advance. Overall, a good learning experience.
