Finity Group interview questions

Long phone interview with operations manager than one of owner of the company. Great people, however they do have a culture of hard work and make that very clear. Mostly behavior questions but some asking about knowledge of the advising industry and your aptitude for it.

Met with recruiter. Had one-on-one conversation with senior partner of company. Then met individually with several team members to ask them questions and get a good idea of what it was like to work here to make sure it would be a good fit for me.
