Finni Health interview questions

Multiple rounds including a take home case study. Interview was fine, but final round with CTO indicated that his vision for the role was vastly different then what the other founder wanted, so it ended up being a big waste of time. The company ghosted after as well, which is disappointing given how many hours were put in the interview process.

I applied for a role that required completing a case study after submitting my application. It took quite a while to hear back, but I eventually had a rushed screening interview with a recruiter who quickly moved me along to the CEO. Because of an important event, I had to wait two weeks to meet with the CEO, which I completely understood. However, after completing that interview, I was ghosted with no follow-up or communication. The entire process took about a month and a half, and it’s disappointing to invest that much time and effort without any acknowledgment or closure. Finni Health, please do better.
