I interviewed at Finomena in December 2016. Do NOT bother applying for this mess of a startup. The whole process lasted 6 weeks. That's right, SIX WEEKS. Started in the beginning of December and ended in mid January. From experience of interviewing at 10s of companies over last 3 years, this is by far the worst company I've interviewed for, or even applied to. They don't give two hoots about the applicant, and are for the most part just playing around with you, and don't respect your time. Each and every interviewer was a condescending person with the 'Who do you think you are' attitude. I can only imagine how toxic working at this startup would be. In hindsight I'm extremely happy I declined the offer. I absolutely do not recommend applying for a position at this company.

4 Interview Rounds were there, every round was a elimination round. 0th round(written) will be on hacker earth, there were 3 questions. 1st round will be related to CS fundamentals including writing code for algo/ds questions discussed. 2nd round will be mostly related to design question 3rd round will be taken Head of Engineering and will be focused on figuring out tech depth. Last round will be with founders.
