First you meet with the manager and they ask you a few questions. In my interview I was also with the assistant manager. The next interview they told me to come in dressed in the company color black and i met with the district manager. It became a working interview and they showed me around the store and how to use the register.

Manager sat down with me and asked mostly behavioral questions about theoretical situations to see how I would handle them. Fairly short and painless interview.
