The process was overall very positive. The interview stages were communicated clearly from the start, so I knew exactly what to expect throughout. The team made me feel at ease, and everyone I interacted with was incredibly friendly. Amy, Vicki, Natasha, and Colin were all great to speak with. They were approachable, professional, and took the time to make sure I felt comfortable during the discussions. I appreciated the straightforward nature of the interview, which allowed me to focus on showcasing my skills without feeling overwhelmed. Overall, a great experience, and I felt like the company has a really supportive and welcoming culture.

It makes sense that the company works in the recruitment space as this was the best recruitment/interview process I have gone through by a noticeable margin. The interview process for myself consisted of 5 parts: - A first informal phone call with the company to introduce myself to the company and learn a little more about the role, which lasted around 20 minutes. - An interview with the development managers to discuss my previous experience and skills. - A technical task which involved creating a small web app consisting of some SQL work, creating a .NET api and creating a JavaScript framework based front-end, (although the task may be different depending on the role). I found the task clear and actually quite enjoyable, and it allowed me to demonstrate my abilities as software engineer. - A second interview with the development managers to go through the technical task and discuss the approach that was taken. - A final interview with the CEO to introduce myself and talk about the structure of the company. n.b. All interviews were online through Teams. The main key highlight of the process was how transparent the company was. They have clear processes which they share with you so you always know where you are in the process and what the next steps are, which provides a reassuring clarity. Additionally, throughout the whole process I felt very comfortable interviewing and the tone of the process felt far more like a collaborative discussion rather than an interrogation.
