Interview
First a recruiter called me to conduct a phone interview. Next part of the process was in person panel interview in Addison TX at their headquarters where the job would be located.
First, a quick 20 min phone screen with the HR director with basic interview questions. Then a 40 min one-on-one interview with the Chief Engineer that asked more engineering focused questions. Heard back from HR director 2-3 weeks later.

The process was very thorough and friendly from start to finish. The interviewers made me feel comfortable and supported throughout. They placed a heavy emphasis on cultural fit and behavioral questions, which made the conversation feel very natural and engaging.
