I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Firework (San Mateo, CA)
Interview
Pretty straightforward interview process. I made it to the final round and didn’t get the interview but everyone was very friendly and process was enjoyable. I’d interview at firework again.
Only made it to the phone screening to talk more about the role but didn't get a call back. The interviewer was nice and the company seems like a chill place to work at.
I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Firework in Dec 2022
Interview
Simplest don't waste your time! I got reached out by a tech recruiter who invited me for an interview. I ended up accepted. The interview lasted 30 minutes. 20/25 minutes were focused on my experiences and the company itself as usual. Ok until there, except for some quiz about some software engineering questions that require extended answers made by a nontechnical person (It's not her fault ) and she was transcribing as I spoke. After this, she told me that she will pass these "transcribed" answers to the tech team . Repeating what was said before. Don't waste your time and neither create expectations with this company.
