I'm sorry you do not agree with our interview process or the salary we were offering for the role. You need to understand that we have a budget that we must abide by and stay inline with the employees that are currently working in the department. We certainly cannot offer the role to a candidate at a much higher rate of pay especially since this new hire will need training, there is a learning curve. A candidate will not come in here knowing all aspects of the position, it takes some time and we provide extensive valuable training for this role.
I have to comment on your remark "to do your research about salaries you are applying for before you accept their offer", we are extremely transparent from the very beginning about the salary range we have set for the role and I do not think a candidate would even accept a role unless they were satisfied with our offer so I am not sure what you meant by "researching the salary before you accept the role".
