      Customer Service Representative Interview

      8 Mar 2018

      Application

I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at First Green Bank (Clermont, FL) in Jan 2018

      Interview

For a bank that touts environmental concerns, they sure make you travel around a lot during the interview process! Too many assessments. First you have to take one online then they want you to go to one of the branches and take the same one there. They ask for a personality assessment after that too. Then you have to interview with a manger at one of their locations and then go to Clermont to interview with human resources and the branch administrator. A lot of traveling! The paperwork required is extensive also. I don't know how many times I had to submit resumes, and applications. It's not very organized. After doing everything and running around central Florida to different branches, the recruiter didn't have the decency to gove a reason for nor offering the position. Most applicants would like to know, for futrue reference, why they were not offered a position.

Thanks so much for your feedback. We apologize that you did not have a good experience interviewing for the Floating Teller/CSR Position. As a floating teller, you would be required to float between all of our branches. Visiting our main office as well as the office you would be based out of is part of the floating teller interview process to make sure that you are aware of the driving distance/traffic between offices. We have an extensive hiring process to ensure we find a good fit for you in our company, as well as giving you some time to make sure you feel that we are a good fit for you. If we are interested in a candidate, we do ask for their own resume as they are typically much more put together and presentable than Indeed’s version, giving you a better first impression with the hiring manager. Once we have informed a candidate that they were not selected, we do not engage in further correspondence as we typically are dealing with hundreds of resumes for each position. We wish you the best of luck in your career.
