After submitting my resume on hcarrers, I was contacted by the hotel GM for a phone interview. Next I was instructed to take a pisurvey (personality test). After passing the pisurvey, I was called in for a face-to-face interview with the GM. After the GM interview, I met with the Regional Manager.
