Interview
Applied online which was a fairly easy process and uploaded relavent documents. Got a call from HR and scheduled a pretty quick phone screen. I was then reached out to again for an on site interview. The time it took fromt he phone screen to the interview was pretty long, like 2 weeks. Then I participated in an on site interview which lasted an hour or so with multiple people, I think 3 pr 4 then just 1 person to finish out who was the Hiring Manager.

Interview
Too long a process. One must go through an initial phone interview. Then an interview with HR and all the staff managers of the plant, the head of operations and the head of the facility. Then they all get together, compare notes and make a decision.
