I applied online, had a phone interview then once I thought I hadn't passed that, got called in for an in-person interview. Pretty standard panel interview with normal questions, however, the panel of interviewers were not friendly and seemed like they didn't want to be there. They honestly were not selling the job to me at all, they laughed about the long 50+ hours and said "Let me tell you why other people have quit this job before..." Wow, really cool way to want to hire someone. I was totally uninterested by the time it was over but did the written assignment nonetheless which made it much more clear the job wasn't for me. I never heard back either. Pretty unprofessional after a second interview and when you drive 1.5 hours to get there. This place doesn't seem that warm or put together.
