Initial call with recruiter simply getting to know you and your skills and interests, then an in depth interview with the hiring manager asking more about your experience followed by a role play activity
4 rounds very easy. Phone screen, panel interview, vp sales interview, c-suite interview. All managers are very nice. Very quick turn around. Offer in hand after 1 week of interviewing.

Very smooth and simple, the most important part is to be yourself and ensure you're ready for the mock call portion of the interview, as that's often the part of the interview that will ensure your employment with the company.
