Interview
Preliminary phone interview was very brief and interviewer was late. Was asked a number of basic questions but wasn't able to elaborate or get context as the interviewer wasn't familiar with the position.

I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Fish & Richardson (Dallas, TX) in Jul 2024
Interview
Initial interview is a Zoom call with HR in Minneapolis. The interviewer was 5 minutes late and it was standard questions. She asked me what my salary expectations were and because I have no IP experience, I had to agree to take a $10k-$20k pay cut to continue with the interview. No thank you. Unprofessional and cold. I feel like I dodged a bullet. A scheduled 30 minute call was ended after 4 minutes.
