Fisher & Phillips interview questions

The interview process was a screener and then back to back 1 on 1 meetings with partners for rounds two and three on site. I met with about 8 people. They were setting me up with associate calls but I didn’t make it that far as they let me know they wanted someone with more experience. It was about 3-4 weeks from application to decision.

Interviewed via zoom with four different attorneys over the course of 2 weeks. Interviews were casual, friendly, and informative. Focus seemed more on describing the role than finding out if I was a good fit
