The interview process was one of the most engaging interviews I've been at with team role plays, you could really tell they want to hire the right personality type for the company.
Multiple questions related fitness and customer service and passion to fitness.
2 stages process - first interview with assistant manager and the second one with manager. Average time of interview 30-60 minute

Interview
Applied online. Received a call to come in and was asked to prepare a group exercise class. Came in on the day of the interview and was given a tour of the club. Then was taken into a room and had to answer questions.
