Worst management
People coming 2-3 hrs after a candidate are sent first for the interview and there are other candidates who are sitting for hours waiting for their round. When asked they say "this is a final f2f round."
They send people randomly for interviews on their own and then while the candidate is going in cabin for interview they ask candidate their name and take out the CV from the bunch of CV's
Though you have lot of candidates for interview, do send people on the First come First serve basis
