I applied through a staffing agency. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Fitpass (New Delhi) in Jul 2025
Interview
The interview experience was quite disappointing. The company environment appeared unprofessional — during the interview, two employees engaged in a loud argument, which reflected poorly on the workplace culture. Additionally, the technical interviewer lacked professionalism and did not seem well-prepared to conduct a structured or meaningful interview. Overall, it did not leave a positive impression about the company's work environment or its standards.

I applied online. I interviewed at Fitpass (New Delhi)
Interview
The experience here was highly unprofessional. The owner keeps you waiting for an hour to take the interview on the pre decided time.
And then quickly jumps to assumptions. Not recommended. The organisation seemed disorganised as well.
