Applied, and didn't hear back in any reasonable amount of time concerning whether or not I would be getting an interview. You would think with a legitimate marketing company like that they would at least have the courtesy to let you know if you didn't make the cut so you can move on with your life

Pretty laid back. Met with 3 people, all very very nice and presented my work to them. I spoke with an art director, a creative director, and the HR person.
