Interview
Interview was big group interview followed by shortlist of people getting selected for individual interviews. Group task was about solving problems and the managers were checking how you work within the team.

Question 1
They asked me about personal experience and why selected this company.
Trial shift for 2 hours. Shown around various parts of resturant. Shown how to clean the resturant and how to make the food, focusing on preparing and dressing the burgers.
Interviewer asked me basic questions about myself. She then talked about her experience working in the industry. The interview lasted about 15 minutes and was easy. Basically a get to know you type of interview.
A telephone call- asking if you handle pressure well and an example. Then asks the previous skills you bring from ur previous job, and what makes you stand out. Then an inperson interview with one question about customer service, and a 30 minute ‘day in the life’ where u cut some peppers and jalapenos
