Interview
Very many applicants showed up that morning.They had interviews on the spot. They had group interviews, 5-6 people at a time. The interviewer was nice and friendly. They were supposed to call the applicants they had chosen for the positions next 1-2 days after the interview.

1. Tell about yourself.
2. Tell about the situation when you failed and how you fixed it.
3. What are you proud of?
Pretty chill' easiest interview ever,
Ask about who you are and what you like always looking staff who can be available all the time, asks why do you want to work there and about availability
Trial shift for 2 hours. Shown around various parts of resturant. Shown how to clean the resturant and how to make the food, focusing on preparing and dressing the burgers.
Interviewer asked me basic questions about myself. She then talked about her experience working in the industry. The interview lasted about 15 minutes and was easy. Basically a get to know you type of interview.
