Not a good interview process at all, unprofessional and seems that they do not have vision for the future of the employees, nor the company. My recommend is to apply elsewhere.

Basic questions about past experience and why you choose to apply there and your motivation. I got the response in 2 3 days. Noting to add more. Just a normal interview for a minium paid job at that period of time.

The interview process was made from 2 parts one part it was an iq test with a lot of questions and second part was a discussion with HR and one senior IT guy .
