Being interviewed at Fleming College Toronto was a relatively quick and easy process, it took about 2 weeks (including screening, an interview with a program manager where I presented a sample lecture, and final contract and salary negotiation. The hiring team is very friendly and respectful. The interview was relatively short (about an hour) and warm. I highly recommend Fleming College Toronto.

Teams meeting with HR and program manager. Very interesting and they explain in details the job and related tasks. The interview is around 1 hour and involves questions and answers. You are also required to present a power point presentation to showcase your presentation skills.
