I applied in-person. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at Fletcher Auto Group (Joplin, MO) in Jan 2016
Interview
Was promoted within the company after being in sales. Spoke to the owner and vice president of the company, both of whom I got to know over the years. Was not a difficult process, and was promoted based on my abilities to sell and what I was able to show previous to getting promoted.
I applied online. I interviewed at Fletcher Auto Group (Newport Beach, CA) in Aug 2016
Interview
There were a series of three interviews. The first was pretty generic. I met with the HR coordinator and she asked me some simple questions regarding my resume, why I want the job, and my past experience. After the initial screening interview I was called less than a week later to come in for a second interview, this time with the boss. This interview was a little more informative and we talked more about my personal goals and knowledge of the company, and customer service experience.
