Interview
30-minute phone screen. Then a 30-minute in-person with the hiring manager followed by a 60-minute in-person with the department manager. Then a 60-minute in-person with the CEO. Then a 60-minute in-person with the owner. Finally, there is a required powerpoint presentation to the previously mentioned people and a pannel discussion.

Additionally, we have added a full-time, internal Corporate Recruiter who is responsible for ensuring the best candidate experience.
