I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Flexcavo (Berlin) in May 2022
Interview
LinkedIn was the channel I used to apply for the position. I had four meetings with them:
1. As part of the recruitment process, the HR team contacted me to get to know each other better.
2. A technical interview with their Team Lead and one of their senior software engineers was the second step. I really enjoyed the interview because they were so kind, and there were no negative feelings at all.
3. I was given a take-home challenge with one week's deadline.
4. They scheduled two long meetings after I passed the take-home challenge. In the first part, I presented my project and we talked about that. I met with two guys from the product team to discuss my solution and company in the second part of the meeting.
I was amazed by how fast and disciplined the process was compared to most companies. I really appreciated how respectful they were and how professional they were. Finally, the HR department told me that they decided to reject me for some reason and gave me their feedback.
