I applied through university. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Flexport in Sept 2018
Interview
Came on campus to recruit and I talked to a recruiter - then followed up with me about a month later with 1 phone screen and a remote onsite (2 video calls). All technical - thought the engineers were ok but had a great chat with manager, and recruiting was really nice and prompt with updates. Would have loved to take the offer, but wanted a different experience (already spent a summer in enterprise)
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Data structures/algorithms, around medium difficulty.
First coding assessment and two rounds of whiteboard interview
They were both done virtually
Interview with two engineers first round.
Interview with a manager about your project and more coding interview for second round
I got a technical assessment after applied for one month. It was multiple choice assessment. I took it on TripleByte website. And most of them are very fundamental question asking basic knowledges for frontend backend concept.
